I am a wife and mother to 3 wonderful children that keep me very busy. I am a Minister, I have a degree in Business Administration & Paralegal Studies, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Sociology. L.I.F.E Solutions was divinely created long before I received the unction for it to be manifested, as I was already acting in many of the service functions before I even realized it.

I was inspired to start the business out a pairing of necessity and passion. I needed to get my own health and wellness back on track and change the current wellness of my family as well. I also had a passion for helping people through counseling and coaching. The two aspects became coupled for a total wellness of body mind and soul.

to help people understand that you are a complete person and when it comes to taking care of your health you cannot only address one aspect but in order to be effective in taking care of yourself you must take care of the body, mind and spirit

success comes by serving people and adding value to their lives regardless of you are selling or what service you are providing. Being genuine about what you do. I contribute my success to those very principles.

Have a passion for what you do and never give up even when it doesn't look like you are getting any where. Stick in it and give it time to grow into the element want to see. Realize that it is a process that takes time, effort and hard work and won't happen over night or over a month.
