Five simple things you can do for your child to help keep their smiles healthy and bright.

Keeping your children teeth healthy and their smiles bright will allow them to have a great start towards their future.  I have two toddlers of my own and its a must in our household to brush and floss their teeth regularly and daily.  I would recommend these five things to keep your child's teeth bright:
1) Brush their teeth at least twice a day
2) Get regular cleaning from their dentist
3) Floss and brush after eating sweets or sugary foods
4) Eat nutritional vegetables and fruits
5) Floss at least once a day

Following these few simple steps will help your children to having a healthy and bright smile.
